The boards wobble when running the machine. River man cheeses such as sticking a lot. Mixer pitcher works poorly. We must stop the machine and redistribute it to be mixed several times otherwise are the only and whisks around it which are at the bottom of the knife. One piece of advice - buy a machine that has the entire records, not one with posts like this one has. Do not know how others in the price range works but this is barely ok.
