No, this was no picnic. Bought it to scan slides, but the functionality is flawed and the result is unreliable. Sometimes miss even software to cut the pictures in the right place and the program to improve the photos seem to do the opposite. I'm thinking actually if something was broken, for there was nothing that worked as it should. I have only used this for scanning slides so I can just express myself about that feature. Now, I handed it back and got an Epson V600 photo instead I'll try instead. Thanks Netonnet for being there and will readily change into products you are unhappy with!
