From arrival brand new this printer will not work unless we turn it on and off between each print. It is clearly faulty. I have spent over 10 hours trying to get it fixed through support. They are no help, don't give me a case number so I can call back. The troubleshooting by them has been really non existent. Each call takes over 45 mins which is basically logging all my details only to find they can never find them when I call back. I called complaints- who logged it incorrectly so no one called me back. I eventually got on to a lady who say
