Perfect cooler for my 1090T @ 3,7 GHz in the standard voltage. It manages to keep the temperature below 50 degrees at load.
Kyler worse than my accompanying bulk coolers and at the same speed lets it several times more.
If you do not have an overly demanding cpu cooler is this a no-brainer, and for my needs was this a hit! :)
I have a very compact chassis (Fractal Design Node 605) and chose this cooler as it was the biggest that would fit. I run the passive / fanless with no problems (i3). That it was the push-pins were a big plus when it facilitated the installation tremendously, which is also worth a lot to me. It also came with thermal compound (usually it maybe?).
The included fan is now blowing in the chassis and I do not think it sounds at all (with the condition that you do not run it at 100%, but one does not).
Not the best radiator in terms of cooling capacity, one sees contrast to what one pays for it so cool that incredibly good!
run it on a firstname.lastname@example.org on has max been up to 50 degrees.
for 170: - is there a spot cooler that is very easy to assemble.
attaching, in the same way as a standard condenser, thus no backplate.
I experience it as virtually silent with pwm control.
there is also the possibility of another fan, plastic clips are included.
Affordable, cool good but not the best and no new backplate which facilitates assembly.
